Hi, Mikhail,

It looks like the list at Cluster Resources still exists but has not been
particularly active for quite some time now. The last message was posted on
June 25 according to the archive accessible from the Mailman page
http://www.clusterresources.com/mailman/listinfo/torqueusers

On the other hand [torque] tag on stackoverflow seems to have more activity
than the original mailing list.

an outage earlier in the year for the lists as well.
